Founder & Permanent Makeup Artist
Mina Bagheri founded Miba Brows & Beauty on a belief that runs through every appointment: permanent makeup should look like you on your best day, not like work someone has had done.
She has been practising permanent makeup for more than six years. She trained through PhiAcademy and holds PhiBrows Craft Master certification — an advanced qualification assessed on healed results rather than fresh work, which is the only honest measure in this craft. Her Certified Skin Expert training underpins the part of the job clients never see: reading skin type and undertone, and predicting how a pigment will actually settle months after the appointment.
In practice that means the longest part of your appointment is the part before any pigment is used. Mina measures and draws your brow to your own bone structure, and nothing begins until you have looked in the mirror and said yes to it.
