Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, access areas you are not authorised to reach, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or use our content commercially without written permission.

All text, photographs, the Miba name and the Miba logo are owned by Miba Brows & Beauty and may not be reproduced without permission. Client before-and-after photographs are published only with that client’s explicit consent.

Information is not a promise of results

Everything on this site — descriptions, healing timelines, aftercare guidance — is general information about permanent makeup. It is not medical advice, and it is not a guarantee of any particular outcome for you.

Permanent makeup results genuinely vary from person to person. Skin type, age, immune response, medication, sun exposure, aftercare compliance and lifestyle all affect how pigment heals and how long it lasts. Two people receiving identical work will not heal identically, and we cannot promise that you will match any photograph.

Consultations

Consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation. Booking one does not reserve a treatment appointment and does not commit you to anything.

We reserve the right to decline treatment. If your skin, medical history or expectations mean we cannot deliver a safe or honest result, we will tell you so directly, and we will not proceed.

Suitability and your responsibility

Permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone. You must tell us accurately about your medical history, medications, allergies, skin conditions and any previous permanent makeup before treatment. Some conditions require written clearance from your doctor first.

Withholding relevant medical information puts your safety and your result at risk, and we cannot be responsible for outcomes arising from information you did not disclose.

Aftercare and touch-ups

Your final result depends heavily on following the aftercare instructions we provide. A touch-up appointment four to six weeks after your first session is a normal and expected part of the process for every technique.

Where aftercare has not been followed, additional corrective work may be needed and may be charged separately.

Payment

Payment is taken in the studio at the time of your appointment. We do not currently process payments through this website, and we will never ask you for card details by email or through a web form.

Cancellations

Appointment cancellations are covered by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Alberta law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for negligence causing personal injury.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
