Cancellation Policy
Permanent makeup appointments run for several hours, so a cancelled slot rarely gets refilled. This policy asks for reasonable notice and, in return, promises reasonable flexibility.

Giving notice
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Within that window we can usually offer the time to someone else; inside it, we generally cannot.
Notice given by email or phone is fine. What matters is that it reaches us, so please do not rely on a social media message alone.
No payments are taken online
We do not take deposits or payments through this website, so there is nothing to refund for a cancelled appointment. Payment happens in the studio, at your appointment.
If that changes in future — for example if we introduce booking deposits — this page will be updated first, and the terms will be made clear to you before you pay anything.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Permanent makeup cannot be rushed — the mapping and design stage is what makes the result yours, and cutting it short is not something we are willing to do.
Repeated no-shows
Life happens, and a single missed appointment is not a problem. Repeated no-shows without notice may mean we ask for a deposit before booking again, or decline further bookings.
If we have to cancel
If we cancel or reschedule your appointment we will tell you as early as we possibly can and offer you the first suitable slot available. If illness or an emergency means we cancel at short notice, we will prioritise rebooking you.
Touch-up appointments
Your touch-up is part of the process, not an optional extra. It is normally booked four to six weeks after your first session, and the same notice period applies.
Touch-ups requested well beyond that window may be treated and priced as a new session, since skin that has fully settled behaves differently.
When you should not come in
Please reschedule, with our blessing and no penalty, if you are unwell, have an active skin infection or breakout in the treatment area, are sunburned, or have recently had Botox, fillers, a chemical peel or laser treatment near the area.
Treating skin that is not ready produces a poor result. We would much rather move your appointment than give you something you have to live with.
