NanoBlading builds a brow from individual hair strokes, each one mapped to the direction your own hair already grows. It is the refinement of microblading: instead of a bladed tool, a single ultra-fine needle draws each stroke, so the lines sit crisper, heal more predictably and stay finer for longer.

The result reads as brow, not as makeup — closer, softer and more forgiving than a pencil, and it holds its shape from the moment you wake up. Because the needle is finer than a microblade, it is also gentler on the skin, which matters most on thinner or more mature skin.

It suits fine to medium brow density, where there is enough natural hair for the strokes to blend into. If your brows are very sparse, oily, or previously tattooed, powder brows are often the better technique — and a consultation is the honest way to find out which one is right for you.

Every brow is designed to your face before a single stroke is made. We measure to your bone structure and your features rather than to a template, and nothing begins until you have seen the shape drawn on and said yes to it.

What to expect

Your appointment, step by step

  1. Design and mapping

We measure and draw your brow shape on before any pigment is used. This is the longest part of the appointment, and it is entirely collaborative — nothing starts until you are happy with what you see in the mirror.

  2. Colour matching

Pigment is selected against your natural hair, your skin undertone and how your skin is likely to heal, not from a standard chart.

  3. Numbing

A topical anaesthetic is applied and given time to work. Most clients describe the sensation that follows as light scratching rather than pain.

  4. The strokes

Hair strokes are placed by hand, following the direction of your own growth pattern. This is the part that makes microblading read as hair rather than as a line.

  5. Aftercare walkthrough

You leave with written aftercare, a clear picture of what each healing week looks like, and a direct line to us if anything worries you.

Healing

What the next six weeks look like

Almost every worry we hear after a treatment is about a stage that is completely normal. Here is the honest version, so nothing takes you by surprise.

  1. Days 1–3

Brows look darker, sharper and bolder than the final result. This is normal and it is temporary — nearly every client is surprised at this stage.

  2. Days 4–10

Light flaking begins. Do not pick, however tempting. Pigment lifting away with the flakes is part of the process, not a mistake.

  3. Days 10–21

Colour appears to fade, sometimes dramatically. The strokes are still there, sitting under fresh skin that has yet to settle.

  4. Weeks 4–6

True colour returns and the shape settles. This is when we book your touch-up and refine anything that healed unevenly.

Aftercare in short

Keep the area dry for seven days: no swimming, saunas, steam or heavy sweating. Avoid direct sun and do not apply makeup over healing brows. Let all flaking fall away on its own.
